My first book is here, Kind Longevity..

I never thought I'd write a book.

But somewhere between the hot flashes, the mood swings I couldn't explain, and the nights I lay awake wondering why my body suddenly felt like a stranger's, I realized something: nobody had handed me a real guide to any of this. Not my doctor. Not my mom. Not the internet, which mostly just made me more anxious.

So I wrote the guide I wish someone had given me.

Kind Longevity: A Woman's Guide to Hormones, Perimenopause, and Thriving After 40 is officially out on Amazon.

What's inside

This isn't a clinical textbook, and it isn't a quick-fix diet plan either. It's everything I've learned and lived through, laid out simply:

  • What's actually happening with your hormones in perimenopause

  • Nutrition that works with your changing body, not against it (hello, Mediterranean and lower-carb eating)

  • Strength training that protects you for the next 40 years, not just the next 40 days

  • Why your sleep is falling apart, and what helps

  • Supplements worth your money, and the ones that aren't

  • A clear, honest look at hormone therapy

  • A 21-day reset to help you actually start, instead of just reading and nodding along

I wrote it for the woman who feels like she's doing everything right and still doesn't feel like herself. If that's you, this book is for you.

Where to get it

Kind Longevity is available now on Amazon as a Kindle ebook for $9.99.

A paperback edition is coming soon, so if you're someone who needs to hold a book and dog-ear the pages, that's on the way too.

A small ask

If you read it and it helps you even a little, a review on Amazon means more than you know. It's how other women find it.

Thank you for being here, for following along while I figured this out one chapter at a time, and for trusting me with something this personal. This book has been years in the making, even if I only started typing it recently.

Here's to thriving after 40. All of us, together.
